When it comes to leading teams, I’ve discovered that building a strong, collaborative group doesn’t just happen overnight. It’s a bit like cooking a great meal—it takes time, effort, and a sprinkle of trial and error. You can’t just throw ingredients together and expect a gourmet dish; you have to taste, adjust, and sometimes start over.
